If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.

Coaching can offer a pro-active and directive approach which may suit some people better than traditional psychotherapy. My scope? is to consider your personal and professional life and between us we will design a time-limited series of sessions that address the issues or challenges you would like to work on.

I work from a psychodynamic background which means I will help you look under the surface of any problems or challenges you face and help you understand the unconscious patterns or tensions that may be at play.

Coaching is an approach that would suit people who want to focus on a few specific issues and want to look at them within a whole life context, which includes the interplay between home and work life.
